The customer declares to have taken note of the following provisions before making the purchase of the products. Placing an order implies full and complete acceptance by the customer of these general conditions of sale, as well as the full legal capacity that allows them to contract under these general conditions of sale.

ORDER AND RESERVATION

The reservation of the guided tour is made by phone (0034 669828688), by email (angelaferrera@allaboutseville.com), or through the pre-reservation form available on the site at the following address: https: //www.allaboutseville .com. The pre-booking form in no way links to the guide for any service, it is a simple request for a quote.

Following a reservation request, ALL ABOUT SEVILLE undertakes to provide the Client with a detailed estimate by email, within 72 hours after receipt of the request. The quote is valid for 30 days, subject to the guide’s availability upon receipt of the signed quote.

The service is only confirmed after receiving the quote dated and signed by the Client, and marked as “I accept”.

PRICES

The price offered in the quote only includes the guided tour service, unless otherwise indicated in the quote. Only the services indicated in the budget description are included.

Prices can be modified at any time, but services will always be billed based on the established budget.

Prices are expressed in euros and include 21% VAT.

 

 

PAYMENT AND SALE OF TICKETS

1. The entrance fees to the monuments are not included in the price of the city tour, they must be paid separately.
2. Headphone sets are not included in the price of the city tour, but will be billed separately.
3. If requested, the city guide can buy you tickets online to visit the Royal Alcazar and the Cathedral in advance. The client must send by email to ALL ABOUT SEVILLE the name, surname, date of birth and identity card or passport number of all visitors.
4. On the day of their visit, visitors must bring their passport or identity card as it will be required at the entrance of the monuments (photocopies are not accepted).
5. Entrance fees will be transferred to the specified bank account after a proforma invoice has been submitted or payed by card. Tickets are only purchased after payment has been received on the account.
6. For short-term reservations, online tickets may no longer be available.
7. The provision of personal data is subject to European data protection.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Payment can be made by bank transfer, card or cash.

The payment of the visit must be made once and in full, no later than 7 days before the start date of the service. Payment for a service always results in the delivery of an invoice to the customer by ALL ABOUT SEVILLE. Once the payment is received, ALL ABOUT SEVILLE sends a confirmation email summarizing all the information necessary for the correct completion of the guided tour.

ALL ABOUT SEVILLE will not be obliged to carry out the guided tour service if the payment of the visit has not been made in full according to the conditions indicated above.

Exceptionally, in the case of a reservation request for a visit within a period of less than 7 days, payment can be made on the day of the visit. Carrying out the visit is always subject to receipt of the signed budget and acceptance of the conditions of sale.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

In case of cancellation of the service by the client after confirmation of the reservation and signature of the budget, the refund conditions are as follows:

Cancellation made more than 30 calendar days before the start of the service: the order will be refunded up to 70%.

Cancellation made between 30 and 7 calendar days before the start of the service: the order will be refunded up to 50%.

Cancellation made less than 7 calendar days before the start of the service: the order will expire in its entirety and no refund will be possible.

The refund will be made by bank transfer within 7 days of receipt of the request, and after the transmission of your bank information by the customer. No tickets can be refunded. The costs of the transfer are borne by the client.

In the event of cancellation of the service by the guide, the guide undertakes to reimburse the service in full, or to propose a postponement of the visit to a later date.

If it is impossible to make the visit, for any reason not attributable to the guide (closure of a site due to weather conditions, strikes in the museum or site visited, exceptional closure, etc.), solutions, postponement of the visit or change of the initial visit. The client cannot claim any financial compensation or reimbursement of the expenses derived from the visit.

VISIT CONDITIONS

The visits are understood for a single guide per group. According to the law, a group cannot exceed 30 people. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of people may vary depending on the level of health alert.

The visits will always be carried out in the morning (8:00 am to 2:00 pm) in the afternoon (3:00 pm to 8:00 pm) or at night (from 8:00 pm to 24:00 pm).

Recommended meeting points: Hotel, Torre del Oro, Puerta del Alcázar, Torre Giralda.

The guide agrees to be present on the date, time and meeting point defined when making the reservation. The client must make sure to be present on the date, time and meeting point defined for the departure of the visit.

ALL ABOUT SEVILLE as well as its collaborating guides, are not responsible for the waiting times that may occur at the entrances to the monuments to be visited, when these are the responsibility of the organization and / or internal management of the monument, so the times of Wait will be counted as visiting time.

Transportation expenses during the development of the visits, if they occur, will always be borne by the clients if they are not contemplated in the budget, these expenses always being excluded from the budget of fees agreed with the guide.

The tours are maintained in case of rain.
